The Wolves played to a 2-2 draw with SS Napoli away on 28 April and they are unbeaten in their last two matches in the Italian top-flight.
Roma lost to Bologna FC in their last home match in the league and the defeat ended their three-match unbeaten run at the Stadio Olimpico.
Meanwhile, Juventus were held to a 0-0 draw by AC Milan at home on 27 April and they are undefeated in their last four matches in Serie A.
However, the Old Lady are winless in their last six away matches in the league having registered three draws and three defeats as the visitors.

Chris Smalling is the only player on Roma's injury list presently and the Wolves have no suspension worries.
On the other hand, Mattia De Sciglio is the only player on Juventus' injury list at the moment, while Paul Pogba and Nicolo Fagioli are serving their respective bans.
